Delivery & Timeframes

We offer a flat rate of $14.95 for shipping and delivery to anywhere in New Zealand. Most products that are in stock are dispatched the same day provided the order is placed before the advertised cut-off time. Our Overnight Delivery cut-off is usually 11am* Monday to Friday. Larger products take an additional 1–2 days to be delivered to the South Island as can Rural Delivery addresses.

All of our products are dispatched from our Auckland warehouse. If all your items are in stock, and If we receive your order before 11am on a normal working day, then your order will be processed and dispatched the same day, if it is received later than 11am then it will be dispatched the next working day. We work with a vast courier network and may use different carriers depending on the suitability, however, if your delivery address is in the North Island then we will aim to deliver your goods within 1 – 2 working days, and for deliveries to addresses in the South Island, we aim to deliver your goods within 2 – 3 working days.
