Refund & Returns

If you are not fully satisfied with your Turtleboots product within the first 30 days from the date of purchase, you can send them back to us and we will process a full refund.

Our priority is for our customers to be comfortable, safe, and satisfied with their purchase, so if you are not comfortable with your boots please contact us and we would be happy to help.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item (different size), send us an email at support@turtleboots.co.nz and we will organize a collection for your item to our Auckland warehouse.

If you need to return your product to us, please contact us at support@turtleboots.co.nz.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within five working days.

To send back your used TurtleBoots for recycling, please address these to our Auckland warehouse, details on our contact page, for the attention of REUSE.
